Runners are generally a relaxed bunch. Some of the nicest people you'll meet. We've found our passion in life and we derive great enjoyment from it. But we all like to have a moan sometimes and runners are no exception.

Join us in getting rid of the residues of rage which that final hill sprint didn't quite manage to clear.
